Understand the need (stakeholder interviews, feedback, engagement data, business context, etc)
Design the program (partnering with stakeholders)
Deliver and iterate (facilitate, get feedback, and iterate)
Programs may include: leadership workshops, mentoring, group coaching, team sessions, 360 feedback, cultural awareness team mapping, and custom learning experiences
