As a leadership development coach and facilitator, I design and run leadership and management development programs, career development workshops, cultural awareness training, team building sessions, retreats, and executive off-sites

Leadership & manager development

I design and deliver tailored leadership and manager development programs. My process is:

  1. Understand the need (stakeholder interviews, feedback, engagement data, business context, etc)

  2. Design the program (partnering with stakeholders)

  3. Deliver and iterate (facilitate, get feedback, and iterate)

Programs may include: leadership workshops, mentoring, group coaching, team sessions, 360 feedback, cultural awareness team mapping, and custom learning experiences


Career development

I design and deliver custom career development workshops and programs that answer:

  • What are my top strengths? How can I use my strengths in my job and career?

  • What are my work and life values?

  • What is my mission and purpose?

  • How can I design a career that is more aligned?

Program may include: Gallup strengths assessment/coaching, 360 feedback, mentorship, and more
